HTML TEMPLATE

Hi!~ This is another template I made for anyone who wants to make a Neocities but doesn't quite know where to start off, a little thing to toy with, or just anyone looking to use a template. I've added comments to explain what everything is, but if you don't need them you can delete the blue parts (or not.) Sorry if they are redudant or overbearing, I want it to be easy for people who barely know anything about HTML to understand, as I found them helpful when I was learning. You don't have to credit me if you don't want to, but if you do, either of these places work!~ Completely destroy this template! Edit it! add things! delete things! keep it 1:1! I'd love to see what you've done with it! HAVE FUN!
